Britain's leader is expected to urge partner nations to provide Ukrainian forces with additional extended-range weaponry to strike Russian targets during discussions in Britain on this Friday.

The prime minister is set to welcome Ukrainian President Zelensky alongside referred to as "alliance of supportive nations", comprising over twenty of Kyiv's partners who have pledged to provide the Ukrainian government protection commitments once hostilities pause is arranged.

Ukraine's president has been pleading for several weeks for further extended-range systems from allied countries, a step that the Russian government has cautions would escalate the conflict.

The Prime Minister will urge leaders to ramp up the supply of extended-range systems following an effective operation on an industrial facility in the Bryansk region, Russia, using UK-provided missile systems.
